BCA News

Typically during the holidays and early in the new year, we have an influx of cash from memberships and donations. However, our current membership is DOWN 75% from what we had at this time last year. Our cash flow is low and we’re struggling to pay the bills.

Therefore, we are asking that you please make your contributions to the BCA now. Over the past year, we were able to convert the BCA to 501(c)3 nonprofit status. This makes any contributions above membership tax deductible! (Your employer may also provide a match – please check!)

While the 501(c)3 status relieves us of our real estate tax responsibility, we still owe about $7000 to Woodland Hills School District for 2016 taxes. The collection agency is after us to start a payment plan. We also have monthly expenditures of approximately $4000 for utilities, insurance, maintenance, and repairs.

Please join the BCA today and consider making a donation above membership.

Thank you!
